Enugu APC guber ticket: You’re frustrated, Ekweremadu replies Agballa

Former Deputy President of the Senate Chief Ike Ekweremadu has replied Enugu State APC Chairman Barr Ugochukwu Agballa saying he is suffering politcial frustration.

The Enugu APC Chairman had said that Ekweremadu was desperate to clinch the party’s gubernatorial ticket.

Ekweremadu’s withdrawal from the PDP Guber primary election has sparked speculations of a possible move to another party to achieve his guber ambition.

The APC Chairman gave life to the speculations when he told a news conference in Enugu that the Senator has desperately been pressuring to get the party’s guber ticket.

Agballa insisted that such cannot happen under his watch advising Ekweremadu to support other people for once.

He noted that Ekweremadu is not a member of APC, “and we have concluded our primary elections, how does he want to achieve that? It’s impossible, we cannot give Ekweremadu our guber ticket.

Responding to the claims of the Enugu APC Chairman, Ugo Agballah; the Director-General, Ikeoha Campaign Organisation, HON. CHARLES OGBO ASOGWA in a Press Release
“THE RANTING OF UGO AGBALLA” said that Agballah is frustrated.

The Press release reads “Our attention has been called to a press conference where the Chairman of the Enugu State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Ugo Agballa, vented his political frustrations on former Deputy President of the Senate, Distinguished Senator Ike Ekweremadu”/

“However, we refuse to join issues with a man suffering from exaggerated sense of self-importance” it ended.
