The Parish Priest of St Judes Catholic Church, 9th Mile, Enugu, Rev Fr. Johnbosco Ugochukwu Oluka has allegedly driven thugs to beat his brother-in-law Mr Egbo Henry Jideofor to a pulp, at his residence in Loma Linda extension Enugu.
Mr Egbo Henry Jideofor who confirmed the sad event from his sickbay in an intensive care unit of a top hospital in Enugu narrated how a “minor misunderstanding with his wife which they resolved immediately led the catholic cleric into employing heartless hooligans who came on a single mission to terminate his life, if not for the grace of God.
“Yesterday I had a minor misunderstanding with my wife which was resolved through the intervention of friends and neighbours same yesterday and surprisingly, the cleric with some of his younger brothers and thugs came this morning to beat me up and ordered my wife to follow them back home. Which she did”. Mr. Egbo stated in parts.
Eyewitnesses and neighbours who spoke to our reporters expressed shock with the attitude of the cleric who is a priest at St Jude parish 9th Mile, they wondered while he will stoop too low to hire the services of some well-known thugs against people not to talk of his brother-in-law.
All efforts made by our reporter to get the side of Fr. Oluka has proved abortive at the time of filing this report.

The baby man have report the dismissed seminary jideofor about returning home lately by 3:00am everyday to his mother and she will be waiting for him outside the gate because the landlord have instruction that the gate will be close by 10:00pm. So if she didn’t wait for jideofor to return so that she will open gate for him, that day he beat a hell out of her.
