The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has reinstated Hon Chijioke Edeoga as Enugu Labour Party Governoship candidate.
Edeoga’s nomination was earlier nullified by the High Court which ordered for a repeat primary following a suit filed by Capt Evarest Nnaji, Odengene.
The Labour Party went on Appeal challenging the court Judgment.
In its judgement today the Appeal Court set aside the judgement of the lower Court on the ground that Odengene has no locus to challenge the result of the primary since he did not participate in the exercise.
