The Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Tuesday, declared the Senator representing Ebonyi Central Zone, Obinna Ogba, as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state come 2023.
Details of the judgement were still sketchy at press time but the candidate himself confirmed the report in a chat with EverydayNews.
Meanwhile, jubilation has trailed the news back home in Abakaliki where PDP faithful and supporters of the Senator reportedly took to the street to celebrate the victory.
