Wilangy Foundation has graciously announced a scholarship award to the little girl who was miraculously saved from death in the hands of vicious and blood sucking ritualist and native doctor, in Isiagu Umumba Community, Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu State.
The Native Doctor who is on the run has been identified as Levi O. Obieze, popularly known as Ezeani, and also referred to as ‘E de play, e de show’.
Speaking on the scholarship award, the Chairman of Wilangy group- Chief Wilfred Okeke thanked the Almighty God for using the gallant vigilante group and the youths of the community to uncover the evil that was going on in  the community without anybody’s knowledge.
Chief Omeluora said that the little girl whom he described as a “child of grace and destiny” was a member of the Block Rosary Crusade prayer group in Isiagu Umumba/ Umumba Ndiagu, to which he was their Patron.

Ezeani – The Native Doctor
He said there was no better way to appreciate the Almighty God for what He has done for the innocent child and Umumba Ndiagu Block Rosary family, than to offer a scholarship to the little girl and that his foundation (Wilangy Foundation) was ready and willing to do that for the girl.
According to him, the scholarship scheme would cover the little girl’s education from secondary school up to the university level.
Meanwhile, the Foundation has mapped out the sum of #100,000 for immediate medical checkups to be carried out on the girl to ascertain the level of trauma and disease she may have been exposed to as a result of the horrible experience she was made to pass through by her abductors.
Wilangy Foundation, therefore, requests for the phone number of the girl’s closest relative, preferably her parents, for further discussions.
How The Teenage Girl Was Rescued
The little girl was said to be walking with her father to the farm when two men riding on a motorcycle stopped and pretended that their motorcycle had developed faults, according to an eyewitness report.

“One of the men told the father of the little girl to please help them with his cutlass to use and fix the fault in the motorcycle, which the man obliged. They said the fault would require pushing the bike and begged him to help. It was in this process that one of the men grabbed the girl and jumped onto the motorcycle, and they zoomed off.”

Alarmed, the father raised an alarm, prompting the local vigilante group to launch a search operation. Later that evening, villagers reported hearing loud cries from a nearby bush.

“Following the sound, the search party located the child inside the soakaway pit within the compound of the flamboyant native doctor,” the witness said.

The native doctor reportedly attempted to stop the vigilante team from entering his compound, but they overpowered him, stormed the premises, and successfully rescued the abducted girl.

A further search of the compound led to a grisly discovery: two decomposing corpses were found in the same soakaway pit. One of the victims was identified as a pregnant woman.
