President Muhammadu Buhari has unvieled the newly re-designed Naira notes.
The President launched the re-designed N1000, N500 and N200 notes at the weekly National Executive Council (NEC) at the Presodential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.
Accordingto earlier statement by the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele the new notes will be available in the banks from December 15, while the old notes will cease to be a legal tender from January 31, 2023.
