It’s a known fact Peter and Paul Okoye aka P’square is arguably the biggest musical duo to come out of Africa and have ruled the airwaves for about two decades with continental hit songs and dance moves.

The twin brothers who went separate ways in 2015 reconciled after five years apart.

Terra Kulture, venue of the Trace Live event where Trace Tv hosted the biological brothers was full to brim as fans flocked in from 6pm just to have the magical experience of P’square.

Trace Tv made sure they left no stone unturned as the host broadcasted the show live on their four channels; Trace Naija, Trace Mziki, Trace Jama and Trace Africa as over 1.5million viewers tuned in to watch across Africa.

The live show also had over three million impressions on social media and three thousand people watched on Twitter live.

Rudeboy and Mr P gave the audience an experience of a lifetime as they performed with their four man band which included a Disk Jockey (DJ Charleeche), a drummer, two guitarists and a pianist while the brothers backed up their vocals interchangeably.

The event took a different turn when Peter challenged his brother to an instrumentation battle as they ‘fought’ to know the best instrumentalist amidst them.

They performed songs like Roll It, Alingo, Oyinye, Do Me, Busy Body, Ifunanya, Chop my money, Bring it on, Forever, Say your love, Possibility and Testimony to mention a few.

Their performance was scheduled for one hour thirty minutes but lasted over 3hours of dishing out hits.

During their performance, the duo said not many artiste can survive what they went through.

“P’square never really left, during our separation, Paul held the name up and was still performing and doing songs as P’square likewise myself. Let any other artiste try what we did and see what would happen to them,” said Mr P.
