The convener of the Success Motivation 4.0 Business Conference, and Pastor Christ Embassy Convention Grounds, Port Harcourt Zone 2; Pastor Isaac Mbalaso, has said the business conference was birthed because of the need to motivate and awaken several sleeping giants who had not yet reached their full potentials. Dr. Mbalaso made this revelation on the sidelines of the conference which held on Saturday February 7th, 2026 in Port Harcourt. According to him, “This is the fourth edition of the Success Motivation series, and over time previous attendees have been empowered to grow both in capacity, network, and finance, so it is obvious these ones will come back with results.”
Ambassador Mbalaso further stated, “One of the resource persons even told them that the training they are getting for free is what people pay heavily for at Harvard Business School, and while we give them the word of God, it is also imperative to help them build capacity and means of livelihood, which is what we have achieved with the conference. The attendance alone shows the impact that has been made, and we have also ensured that, apart from skills, grants are also provided for those in business to help them expand, as well as equipment for several others.
Co-convener of the event, who doubles as co-founder of Beyond Borders Foundation for Sustainable Development, Pastor Veronica Mbalaso, while speaking, charged attendees to see the program as an opportunity to change their stories and fortunes. She said, “Don’t just attend for the sake of it; see this as an opportunity to change your story and fortune. That is why we have put in so much to ensure you are given the very best.”
The event had talk shows, workshops, breakout sessions, question-and-answer sessions, and many others. Attendees were privileged to learn basic practical steps from resource persons as well as government agencies such as the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), the Bank of Agriculture, Bank of Industry and lots of seasoned Business Leaders
Through the Beyond Beyond Borders Foundation for Sustainable Development, thousands of participants of Success Motivation 4.0 were empowered with vocational skills across various fields and also received start up tools, equipment and various sums of Business Grants to support their business growth and entrepreneurial journey.
While addressing newsmen, attendees wouldn’t hold back their ecstasy, stating how they had longed for a program like this, as it was both timely, well-packaged, and thought-provoking. One of them said, “I didn’t know I could access soft loans from the federal government for my business; neither did I know of the several ways to expand my business, but Success Motivation 4.0 has changed my perspective completely, and I thank the organizers as well as Pastor Chris Oyakhilome,, the founder of Christ Embassy.”
