Former Secretary to the Enugu State Government, SSG, Dr. G.O.C Ajah has joined the Enugu governorship race, as the search for Ugwuanyi’s successor continues.
He is contesting on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The former SSG who hails from Nkereffi in Nkanu-East Local Government Area is offering his wealth of experience and administraive ingenuity which has been tasted and trusted.
He however does not see the race as a do-or-die affair calling on all aspirants to play by the rules and maintain the peace for which Enugu is known.
The technocrat urged the people to be cautious in making demands for succession and allow the governor to decide for Enugu people on the issue in the interest of peace
In an Easter message made available to EverydayNewsngr.net Dr. Ajah urged the citizens of the state to be mindful of the things they do, and have a reflection on the lives and times of Jesus Christ as a savior of mankind.
He explained that the people’s life should be reflective on love, sacrifice and forgiveness as depicted in the life of Jesus Christ several years ago.
Dr Ajah urged politicians to play the game of politics according to the rule and wished all the blessings of the period.
