Fiery Catholic priest and Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka singled Governor Dave Umahi out as having performed in governance.
The commendation came Wednesday night when he condemned the growing violence in the country calling on President Buhari to resign.
The priest who lambasted other leaders in the South East singled the Ebonyi Governor out as a performer.
Umahi was the only leader spared on the night when he came down heavily on leaders from the zone as well as President Buhari.
Mbaka expressed shock that with the meagre resources Ebonyi is receiving from federal allocation the Governor has surprised everybody with outstanding projects that has lifted the state above many others.
He warned that if other states does not wake up Ebonyi will be the centre of attraction by the time the airport is completed.
Hear him: I am just coming back from Abakaliki, you need to visit Ebonyi state to see the wonders of the century.
“It is no longer the Abakaliki you used to know; with the meagre resources Ebonyi is getting there are flyovers here and there.”
