The October 1 sit-at-home has brought sorrow, pain, tension and fear in Ubulu-Ihejiofor, Oru West LGA, Imo state following the beheading of a popular socialite, Emmanuel Asoegwu, ‘aka Stone Face’.
Reports have it that gunmen stormed the community on Friday shooting sporadically forcing villagers to run for their lives.
Stone FACE was reportedly abducted and taken away from his home.
His head was later found displayed at the popular Orie Nempi market Square in the neighbouring Community.
EverydayNews reliably gathered that the villagers have been living in fear as the gunmen continued to search for other targets.
