The State youth leader of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ebonyi State; Comrade Ogochukwu Elem says Governor Umahi will determine the shape and modalities of the forthcomming APC Congresses in Ebonyi State.
Comrade Elem disclosed this while addressing some of the party faithful who paid him a visit at his office in Abakaliki.
The youth leader decried the high level of deceit and questionable attitudes of some politicians from the State who masquerades as champions in Abuja boosting their connections in high places.
Comrade Elem emphasised that Governor Umahi remains the leader of APC in Ebonyi State and as such, will determine the structure of the party noting that any attempt to disrespect the Governor’s directives would be resisted with all the necessary actions no matter how highly placed such detractor is.
Ogochukwu Elem also called on the APC Youths across the State to remain dedicated and committed in the party adding that Governor Umahi is a youth friendly governor who defiled all odds to allocate over 70% opportunities to youths in appointment and elective positions in Ebonyi State.
“There will be nothing like Abuja powers in Ebonyi State as long as APC is concerned. The leader of the party is Engr. David Nweze Umahi and he will roll out the modalities of the Congress in the State. Anyone who refuses to join the Change mantra of the Governor hopping to lobby the National secretariat to get unmediated attention to perpetrate distraction should understand that Ebonyi youths will not fold their hands and watch that happen. It must be halted”. He said.
Comrade Elem revealed that the achievements of the Governor with six years of his governance of Ebonyi State portrayed him as an uncommon transformer whose voice should be leading at all times.
