A Peoples Democratic Party, PDP stakeholder from Enugu State Chief Ben Alukwu (Onyeze) has reacted to Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike’s recent antics describing him as a rabble rouser.
Alukwu who spoke in an exclusive chat with EverydayNewsngr.net urged the party and its Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar to ignore the Governor.
“It is my view that the Wike drama has gotten out of hand. No man can play God. L All he is doing is to destabilize the party but we must ignore him and move ahead. We must stop giving him undue attention.
“We are making him relevant and important whenever we join issues. Who is his father? He is just lucky to be a Governor; and his tenure is just almost over.
“What does Wike really want? This is a man whose tenure is coming to an end; yet, he has continued to cause trouble in the party. This same man deprived the South East the opportunity to be President because of his personal ambition. He was beaten to his game and now, he is crying.
“It was the turn of the South East to produce the President but he worked against it. So what does he want? Is he fighting for the South-East or who? Because, the office of the National Chairman of the party should go to the South East if their is vacancy.
“The same man travelled all the way at to Lagos State to endorse the guber candidate of the APC. A PDP governor? Like I said, let’s ignore him and his noise making.
“I also urge our party leaders and teeming supporters not to be distracted by his antics; enough is enough.”
