Hon Peter Andy is among the few Council Chairmen that have distinguished themselves in leadership.
He has shown passion to leave his foot prints on the sands of time.
He has also shown outstanding leadership qualities with massive developmental efforts which has enhanced growth of people of Igboeze South local government area of Enugu State.
Hon. Peter Andy, young, creative and innovative, irrespective of the pervading economic situation has led a charge that culminated in the empowerment of his people, especially market women and youths of the LGA.
There is no doubt that the Chairman who enjoys the goodwill of majority of stakeholders and through his performance is a Candidate for a second term in office.
Yet there have been pockets of opposition believed to be sponsored by some politcial office holders in the area who are not happy with his rising profile and perceived relationship with Governor Ugwuanyi who appointed him Caretaker Chairman in the first instance.
The truth must be told.
Peter Andy was made by Ugwuanyi, not any stakeholder. He has thus rejected any imposition of godfathers.
His loyalty to the governor and no other is the reason why some are kicking.
His second term should therefore not
be compromised as this may give an edge to those gearing up to fight Ugwuanyi in 2023.
