Pesidents of Emene, a suburb of the Enugu capital city have raised the alarm over extortion of N1000 before they could collect their PVC’s.
In a viral video making the rounds on social media a woman was pictured receiving monies before parting with the PVC’S.
The video was accompanied by a message which read; “Inec official should come for our rescue in Emene primary school in Enugu East. Our PVC has been hijacked by this woman she kept them somewhere claiming our PVC is in the local government Secretariat.
“To collect your PVC you must pay N1000 each which she tagged Transport fare. Pls we need this video to get to the people concerned. SOS.”
