The overhead bridge at the Enugu New artisan market in the Enugu State Capital has collapsed.
The bridge which collapsed Monday morning is located along the Enugu/Port-Harcourt expressway.
An eye witness told EverydayNews that a truck conveying Nigerian Breweries products and an unidentified lorry were on the bridge when the incident occurred.
It’s not yet clear as at the time of this report if any casualties were recorded.
